Poor product quality: I purchased individual TV travel cases designed to protect the equipment during transport. On the very first use, the butterfly latch broke. I have other cases I’ve been using for years—also shipped through carriers like FedEx—without any issues. This leads me to believe the material used in these cases is of lower quality.
Unsatisfactory after-sales support: When I reported the problem, the seller showed no real interest in resolving it. They didn’t offer a replacement part or provide repair instructions, and instead claimed “this happens during shipping.” On top of that, they tried to sell me more products rather than addressing the defect. Unexpected shipping increase: During the order process, the seller calculated the total price, including shipping. When the order was already prepared, they claimed there had been a mistake and increased the shipping cost by about 30% of the total order value. This was disappointing from the start.
